Access to FNB 'Premier Bankers'

Hi FNB,

I got offered a Premier Card and Credit Card a few years ago. I understood that one of the benefits I would have was access to quality support from your bankers. I seldom needed this service, but I figured that due to fact that I am charged a high monthly fee and for more transactions that I am able to count, that should the need arise I could count on you guys to provide that support. That need arose when I gave a basic request to one of your 'premier' bankers to stop a debit order. And shock/horror I was charged R 20 for that request as well. No delay on that R 20 being deducted from my account. Imagine my suprise when after I was charged R 20 and had received written confirmation that this was done by your 'premier' bankers, that this same debit order went off my account again this month. I obviously notified your 'premier' bankers again of this and that I expected that money back in my account yesterday as well as a reversal of the R 20 that I was charged for non-service rendered. It is day two and it appears that deducting the money from my account is done immediately but refunding the money doesn't enjoy the same priority. Everything about my experience with your support has been generic and careless. Philip

Reviewer Update
Hi FNB, We are going on 72 hours and the debit order and my R 20 fee has still not been reversed. I have received enough automated mails and messages telling me that my complaint has been lodged yet no resolution. Your generic automated mails need to be updated to specify that the response within 48 hours doesn't mean you will be assisted with the actual query/complaint. Please don't send me anymore reference numbers telling me my claim is being attended to. I have collected enough of those since Tuesday morning.
