Access fund issue

Good day I have a home loan with Fnb,I have funds of R12600 which I can access. After seeing that I have funds I wanted to take it to pay school fees for my child who is writing exams. This is what happened: 1.After Fnb saw that I want to access the money from hey started by taking R2500 from it,while I was still shocked all the money disappeared and I had nothing. 2.Went to banking ombudsman which assisted in making sure the money is back. what Fnb did was: 1.Returning back the money without any explanation where it was. 2.On the issue of accessing the money they came with the story that my husband is on debt review which is only known by them and no one else in South Africa, they gave us the contacts for that debt review and we called, sent emails and wattsap but there was no respond. 3.After seeing that nothing is happening they told us to go to credit bureaus to get a clearance certificate,we then went to all bureaus and we we told that there is nothing like that and they won’t give us any certificate for something they do not know. 4.We went bank to Fnb with the reports from credit bureau and we begged them to call the debt review themselves which I doubt they know cause they never came back with the feedback. 5.Now they sent us the forms last week Wednesday and told us to fill them which we did and sent it back by email. 6.We called them yesterday to find the status and they denied(Mimi) ever receiving any form from us and we called again and sent the email that we have sent to them last week and they sent an email late and say the access fund is now active but we must amend the form cause we do not fill the home loan acc number and we have done so and also attach the marriage certificate as per their request. 7.Today as I am writing I have finished R150 of airtime calling them and chatting to them, now they are saying I am on debt collection so I don’t think I will be able to get the money and my son will not write exams tomorrow.

My last options is to take the child to Fnb tomorrow for them to organize with the school for my son to write or stay in there until all is resolved.
