ACC Freezed

With all due respect,I'd like to ask as to why FNB has freezed my account without any notice?I just realized today and I was do shocked and angry...the way FNB treat it's customers is will not cool,why can't u inquire first before freezing a customer's account?so that at least you have two sides of the story if someone reported it?my humble request is for me to be told the reason that let to the freezing of my account.thank you
