**** **** Acam of a bank

It's been 3+ weeks now since I lodged a complaint against this bank and no one has gotten back to me after I asked for someone to call me as they do not seem to understand what my query is coz they giving me reasons that are not concerning my query. They are so *********** and do not know their work. this month is my last month using this bank. Capitec has no benefits like FNB but they are not expensive and not giving me headaches like this bank. I am done. I regret coming back to this
