Abysml business banker service from Octavia Ubisi (Fourways)

<p>I have been banking with FNB for about 5/6 years now. In the past, I had occassional contact with my business banker but if I popped into the branch, could always get to see someone that could help me. Now, my so called business banker, Octavia Ubisi, is NEVER available, rude and 'threatening' - she has threatened to pass me over to the legal team & I have done absolutely NOTHING wrong! Fourways is in the middle of redevelopment so it is a nightmare going there. FNB makes all these promises, gets your business by throwing 'products' at you (I only just closed my other business account last year) and then treats you like a beggar. Octavia is going to make me move my business elsewhere - FNB, isn't it time you did some customer care training and explain to Octavia that she is going to chase your customers away to another bank?</p>
