Abysmal customer service at FNB

I am trying to get assistance in regards to my accounts. I was on hold for 15 minutes and no one answered the call. The same with secure chat. My chat was transferred and that was it no one came back to me. What does a person have to do to get feedback from their bank or even assistance.
