Abusive messages.
1. My credit card and personal loans were in arrears due to loss of work. I made arrangements a few months ago on all accounts to settle the arrears and have been making the payments. However, I keep getting messages from FNB threatening me about being a bad payer. Can you not sort this out as I am making the agreed payments. 2. My credit card payment for May just disappeared. It did not even reflect in the account. What happened to it? It should reflect in the account after payment.
