ABUSING THE LAW

I had a credit card debt with FNB that was combined with my overdraft debt and handled by Nilands Attorneys in 2012. FNB changed attorneys and handed my debt over to Gerard Lubbe Attorneys. Only the overdraft debt was pursued and I made arrangements to repay the debt. Last year I started receiving emails about the credit card by which stage I had already forgotten about the matter. I continuously asked for proof and for statements which I only received this year in july and by that time I had received a summons. I made contact with the attorneys and offered to make a R800 pm payment which they accepted and the lady told me she would stop the legal process. I have now discovered that the legal process was not stopped and that despite accepting my offer and telling me it would be fine , the bank has blacklisted me. I have waited 7 years to have my name clear and they have now taken Judgement despite assuring me that the legal process would be stopped. It is ********* and ********. I demanded that they remove the judgement as it was taken ********ly and they say its unfortunate as the lady I liased with no longer works there. I work in financial services and now may lose my job.
