Abused and tormented by this bank
For years I have suffered at the hands of FNB, it has for years abused its powers and overstepped the boundaries of acceptable risk management. In 2010 I went on debt review as I went through some financial difficulties; When things got better n 2011 I voluntarily withdrew from debt cpunselling and all creditors were informed accordingly including FNB. All my creditors updated my profile in 2011 removing me from debt review but FNB refused to do so. Over the years I have since doubled my salary, bough 2 cars bank financed, opened a Private bank account with absa and have a handsome credit facility with them.
In December I revisited the FNB issue and was told by FNB that I need to get approval from the NCR for FNB to update my status, ai did that and NCR contacted FNB who confirmed that my status was finally updated on the 18 January 2016. I tried to open a cheque account with FNB last Sat and I could not because the FNB system still reflect my risk profile as that of someone ob debt review even though I existed 5 years ago.

I am disgusted by this abuse of power and this borders on the violation of my rights - you should be freaking ashamed of your counter revolutionary policies
