Abuse of Power

I few months ago my work contract ended due to covid. I sent FNB several emails informing them and asking for a grace period on all my loans. I was told I don't qualify and that they can't do anything until I payments have lapsed. I have had several phone call conversations with them about what I can afford etc. Now they have frozen one of my accounts and I cannot access any money. Without notice. This is abuse of their position. I have made so many attempts to communicate my position. If I'm not working I'm not working - there is nothing I can do about it.
