Abuse of power

My FNB account has been blocked since December 11. (This account has no antecedent problem). The agent assigned to the case " Mr Gumbi Moipone" since December 11, turned me around . (Why I say turned me around because on the 3 occasions that he contacted me it was to ask me the same things that I had already sent to him.) After several pressures (calls and emails to FNB CUSTOMER CARE) , he came to tell me today that my account has been terminated. ( I have not received any warnings about this account, nor an explanation why my account will be terminated. In this case, it is a client who sent *****ulent money in my account for purchases from me. I don't know the customer from the moment I paid the customer why he paid me for and you have the proofs why should I suffer this abuse. Go blocked this client if possible arrest him but not the businesses where he bought or exchanged. I'm for nothing in it . I can't ask clients where you get your money before buying or exchanging with me, it's not my duty.....Sincerely it is an abuse of power and my money in the account has not been returned to me yet .....
