Abuse by FNB and RAM

FNB and Ram are abusing customers how can be made to wait for the whole without being informed about delivery time . This is pathetic my parcel is with Ram FNB *** we live in the times of load shedding I can't have my phone on for the entire day .

I contacted RAM and gave an alternate number to call *** and as of now I'm still waiting for the call ,CCD couriers did a better job when delivering for FNB now RAM is just pathetic . Please deliver my sim card or cancel the transaction .
