Abuse and ***** from FNB and Blake - - - Please sort this out

Im at a point were i think that FNB and Blake Associate are running some *****elent **** to make them collect fees that they cant justify. I spoke to someone from Blake and i was given a settlement amount that needed to be paid and i paid it however they are telling me about the outstanding balance. They are harassing me and the agent Ashveer Haripersad does not want to listen to me and i was promised a call back after she did an investigation with her manager and that was not done. When the cellphone contract that i took with you they told me that i had a balance of R600 and they deducted over that amount but the account is still outstanding and no on is calling but just debiting my account. Im going to take this with the respective ombusman. When i called FNB they confirmed that the account is paid up and closed but Ash is harassing me and wanting to take out money from me which they cant explain. I will address this with the Law Society because this cant be right.
