Absurd waiting times and transferring.

I have been trying to get through to ANY agent for the past 4 hours, just to find out what is happening on my account. Seeing as I don't have any minutes left due to ridiculous waiting times, I will have to wait until SOMEONE call ME.

The level of service I have been receiving is absolutely appalling!

Please have someone call me from the collections department because if I have to be transferred one more time I WILL lose my ****!
