ABSURD SERVICE FROM FNB
Good day,
I app**** for a loan with FNB. I got declined and I do not know why. I app**** for a clothing account and got approved. I phoned the Customer Care line reported my problem and I got a sms stating my application for a credit card has been declined. I did not request a credit card..... 48 hours has passed and still no feedback. I was a very happy client with FNB.
