Absurd annual insurance premium increase
I'm not sure if FNB is making a habit of hiring inept staff, but this is the second year running where I have been presented with a ridiculous increase of R400 (last year was R500). Last year I was contacted by the staff member responsible (after many escalations) only to find out that it was a mistake. This year, after not having made a single claim, I am greeted with a laughable R400 increase. Please FNB, get your act together or I will take my business elsewhere.
