Absurd

I have a cheque account and was promised that I will only pay every month R240 for the which is standard fee like other banks. I have been paying that, on top of that this so called bank adds service fees which till now since I opened the account I don't know what are they for?

I questioned them and they told me it's for pay and clear, lately when I was paying I ticked pay and clear and R45 will be deducted no matter how much you pay and if you pay 3 times or 4 - R45 per transaction!!! So what I did I ticked pay and clear and R45 deducted same time from my balance, to my surprise on my pay day they deduct again? Why I need to know???
