Absolutly useless

On the 7th I wrote about FNB new policy not to reply to emails. Since that article of mine, they send me 2 text messages that are inaccurate and false. But it comes with an email address. I wrote to that email address, guess what, horror-struck and reality surfaced. A brainless computer rep**** with content so far removed from my email it’s actually embarrassing; it was far from sensible as FNB is from their customers. Plus their reply to my “Hellopeter” writing is a human disgrace. This boat is sinking.

FNB, please do not call or email me – your making matter worst. Spend the time and energy to look at your internal policies.
