Absolutely useless Call centre, seems like changing banks is next on my agenda

The fact that there is absolutely nobody working in their debit orders department is shocking, I called countless times and keep hearing an automated voice prompt telling me 'you are able to complete this transaction using your banking app'. I would like to reverse and dispute an unauthorised debit order of well over R200 (the banking app and online banking only allows you to dispute amounts lower than R200). I have always been a loyal FNB user but it seems that Discovey Bank might just be my next option for my banking needs. After this I would not recomend FNB to my worst ememy. Disgusting service
