Absolutely Useless

The FNB secure chat platform is the most inefficient and pointless platform to communicate

From waiting 30 minutes to chat to someone when I'm first in the queue to delayed receipt of messages causing the chat to end.

I want to settle my FNB Connect account but cannot do so because I no longer have a FNB account from which FNB can debit the settlement amount.

Continuous back and forth messaging with FNB Connect about the same thing is extremely inefficient and not effective at all.

I my experience, staff are all to quick to end a chat in order rid themeselves of a client.

I want to settle my FNB Connect account and would appreciate FNB taking responsibility.

FNB! How can I go about settling my FNB Connect account without an FNB account?

A timeous response will be greatly appreciated. I would also not like any generic and disingenuous feedback in this regard.
