Absolutely unhelpful

Absolutely disgusted with the service received. Firstly I have to wait for more than 10 minutes only for the call to be dropped 3 times. I then finally get through requesting help as I am unemployed and unable to make payment only to get told they cant help me as I am under debt review.

I am coming to you FNB to make a plan, which is more than what most people do and you not willing to help???? Really???? If you are not willing to help me then why should I bother contact you to try make an arrangement!!

I will be moving everything away from you to another bank who will be able to help me in desperate times like this.
