Absolutely the worst service

I have a loan with fnb and i recently got retrenched, since i have lost my job fnb has not contacted me in connection with my loan, from my side ihave made numerous attempts to supply fnb with my documents, and i have been contacted by their lawers and after submitting my documents i got contacted by their lawers again i explained that i have submitted my documents, the guy i spoke to said he would follow up and contact me i was never contacted and thaught that the documents were recived, this morning i recived a sms that a sommons has been dispatched to court and will be served by a sheriff operating in your jurisdiction. I feel this was handled very unprofessionally and i need them to sort this out because i will not leave this here.
