absolutely the most frustrating experience of my life... ever..

I AM BEYOND ****ED.. Out of the blue FNB decide that international transactions are now being declined from my business account. My entire online business is reliant on international transactions, without them I have no business!! So I was told that I need to wait for someone from the forex department to give me a call... that was 4 days ago!! In the meantime my business has stood still while I wait for someone to help me. This is the most frustrating thing ever!
