Absolutely terrifying service

Fnb has been the most unpleasant bank to deal with. Before i could go on maternity leave i have requested for a payment break as i could afford my debts. I kept sending emails and received no response for assistance. Once i went on maternity leave and i did not have the funds , fnb kept phoning me requesting to make payment, i finally made payment and did a settlement on one of my loans. I also contacted the loan department via chat and was told that within 48 hours, my loan will be cleared and i wont be debited. On the 21st i was debited and i tried contacting the loan department via chat. There is not one agent that assisted me, they kept transfering from department to department , im very dissapointed because i thought i would pay one of my loans before the period time but it looks like i will be debited on a monthly bases even though i don't have balance. Just adding to this. My debit dates is set for the 25th, without my authroizarion i was debited on the 21st
