Absolutely terribly dispute resolution

While going through my January bank statement I noticed I had been charged R31.50 for an FNB ATM withdrawal. I contacted FNB's call center on the 27 Feb 2015 ref number(Rh***) and was put through to Lanvin who after a range of question realized that something was the matter, and informed me that she had escalated the problem to the correct department and would advise me once she had feedback.

After two weeks of silence, I called in to find out what was happening. My call lasted close to an hour, as I was transferred and put on hold multiple times and eventually I was put back to Lanvin. Who informed me that she had not heard back from the relevant department , but promised to contact me with feedback later that day (11 March 2015) or phone me first thing the following morning.

Needless to say, I still have not heard back from Lanvin or any other FNB employee and frankly I am seriously considering moving banks as it seems every time I use a FNB ATM I severely overcharged and never receive feedback as to why this occurs no matter how many calls I make.Guess I am a true Steve for believing FNB really offered good service...
