Absolutely Terrible Service from FNB islamic Banking. I have requested my Business account to be urgently upgraded from Islamic Gold to Platinum. The team in Rustenburg have been absolutely useless and lack communication. The "banker" that supposed to assist says he "thought" it was done. The other 2 colleagues just don't provide any feedback. Absolutely pathetic service from FNB islamic Banking in Rustenburg. According to the fnb website, the upgrade should take 24 to 48 hours. 6 days have passed and nothing has happened. Stay away. Choose a more competent bank rather. No use having banking assistants even they are ***********.
