Absolutely terrible service

I upgraded my account to private client today, and now i cant access any of my money, tried to talk to an advisor but was treated very badly, she was avoidant of all my questions, kept on saying that i can utilize the funds but i can't transfer any money or make a virtual card or send money nothing. So i feel like I'm stranded with FNB withholding my own money from me.
