Absolutely *********** staff who cant assist.

I'm trying for days to do a simple thing. I need to get a Virtual Business Credit card.

I've spoke to the secure chat for 2 days. Absolutely useless. They keep transferring me. Every time I'm transferred i need to type the issue again. Staff are too lazy to read the chat. I've literally typed it over 10 times. I've called the help desk, holding on is like waiting at home affairs, they dont care about time. On the call also they keep transferring me and no one can assist. They keep repeating the same thing.

I need a simple Virtual card. Thats all
