Absolutely shocking ZERO assistance

Absolutely shocking ZERO assistance what so ever!! I'm not getting any response from any one I am talking with. I am being transferred blindly from pillar to post each and every time without anyone being willing to assist me! I am trying to follow up on a refund due to me, but it's an absolute nightmare!! No email reply either from Malcolm Plaatjies, just a flat ignore!
