Absolutely satisfied

I called the FNB Credit ***** Team regarding a cheque card transaction which looked like *****. I was help by a young woman, Sashlyn Lee. I would like to commend her for a job well done. After about 5 or 6 tries I eventually found someone at FNB who listened attentatively to make sure she was well-informed of the problem, was patient and competent enough to resolve my issue. What a pleasant experience. I wish that this young lady could train up the other staff regarding what their job as customer care agents entails. I hope this review would result in this young lady being acknowledged and even promoted. She is an excellent advert for this company. Well done Sashlyn Lee.
