Absolutely ridiculous FNB

I lodged a complaint with FNB about a relatively minor issue. 3 weeks later, I got NO RESPONSE but I got about 15 automatic messages in my inbox that the issue has been escalated. Escalation on escalation...I expect to speak to Mr Jacques Cilliers himself soon !!! I've been with them for about 30yrs, and have mostly been happy. Now, I'm lodging complaints about not get responses. Absolutely ridiculous FNB
