Absolutely poor customer service

I have received the most pertic service from Jared Ur baker, on the secure chat. Who abruptly ended the chat while I was responding. This is the reason why people change their banks ..you hire unprofessional people like Jared. Who lacks understanding and is a complete waste to the customer's time. My query is that my statement shows that my telkom debit order went through successfully however Jared just went on and on for god knows how many hours about a transaction that cancels itself out. Pls can you get a professional to assist me and help me. Because my statement shows the debit successful so I can't understand why Ur system is showing otherwise.
