Absolutely pathetic service on new business account

We have opened a new business account in October and the thing is still not activated. We have signed all documents, provided all documents needed. And still no joy. We have reached out to your social media team who have tried helping but no one is helping. You will be expecting us to pay at the end of this month yet we have not been able to use the account- it is gone off the app and no where to be found. If this is not fixed by 12:00pm 22/11/2022 we will be taking our business to a bank who values new clients.
