Absolutely pathetic service and a lack of logical undertstanding

I took a small student loan out to help me get through a month whilst studying last year and, unfortunately, I couldn't pay it back in time. I was then referred to their lawyers to make payment arrangements which I fully comp**** with and agreed to a payment structure that will suit both parties.

Unfortunately, due to the lack of communication between their lawyers, Groenewald Lubbe Attorneys. and FNB, I was debited twice in one month and after explaining that I am still a student and won't be able to afford basic needs if they do not refund the money that was double debited. FNB refuses to understand my side and showed a complete lack of empathy.

I have tried calling many times to resolve the matter but they just refuse to listen to my side even though I am literally starving due to them double debiting my account. Their lawyers refuse to communicate with me as well.
