Absolutely pathetic service!!!

To anyone who is actually capable of responding.

I have spent weeks doing FNB’s job. I have only been a customer since last week. I still don’t have my credit card but FNB just debited my cheque account after only being active for 2 days. I put a mere R100 into the account to show its active but debited my account for R132 so I’m now in arrears. So two days after activating my account they took my money on the 18th of the month and now I can possibly have a negative view on ITC. That’s what you get for being a premier account holder at FNB.

The premier suite is pathetic with no one helping or assisting with anything other than a woman named Peace in the customer care division who deserves a medal for taking my call. I was sold the duo cheque and credit card option on the premise that FNB will do everything and change all my finances from my current bank tontheirs. It has taken ME a month to get myself activated on the system and get the documents I required.

I then get told on my FNB App by a consultant for premier account holders that “You must remember that You are not the only person we are dealing with”. That’s absolutely ridiculous . So I must pay a premium for a banker that gives me that advice. Basically paying R50 more a month for a computer putting me in a line to speak to a banker over messenger and get into the slow lounge when I travel. That’s ******ion. Granted I elected to change to FNB but luckily still haven’t closed my ABSA account who are equally as useless.

I would like someone to contact me but no one seems to care. I have had better service at McDonalds, a lot better service.

They clearly don’t want my money or need me as a customer so I expect a phone call from someone who has some sort of “mental ability” to advise how they will be dealing with this complaint and thereafter they can attend to closing my accounts.

FNB have misrepresented themselves in stating how easy it is to change banks where it has been anything but that. I will be taking this to social media attaching all my emails and the individuals names I have dealt with if I don’t get any relief.

Get your act together
