Absolutely pathetic service!

I app**** for a credit card with FNB on 28 September 2017. MrD Courier sent an sms on 30 September 2017 to say they will be in touch to arrange delivery. They called only once on 2 October and I missed the call as I was at work. They sent an sms again on 2 October 2017 to say I must contact them on ********** to arrange delivery and I have called numerous times since with no luck, being put on hold for half an hour and more. I called the FNB Lifestyle Centre branch on 3 and 4 October, to where I specified on numerous occasions the card must be delivered to, so why MrD Courier must confirm delivery again I don't understand unless they were not given the correct address by the bank in the first place, I'm not sure. The branch was not helpful either, as on 4 October I was told that my credit card has been delivered, just to arrive there later that afternoon and find out it wasn't there. I called again on 5 October to check again if it has arrived, I was told by Gareth that I will be called back, 5 hours later no one has returned my call. I called again, Gareth said he'll call me back again and again, the call was not returned. I called for the last time just after 15h00 and Gareth said they will call me back in 5 minutes. They did, only after 3 times that I had to contact them. Today I was told by FNB Lifestyle that I must call the courier company (who doesn't answer the phone after 30mins of holding). I was given an alternative number by Gareth for the courier company as the number I have is not being answered, only to find that that number doesn't exist. My credit card delivery is overdue and still no definite answer from MrD Courier? They can answer the bank's calls but not mine, how does that work? I have been a client with FNB for over 10 years and I feel very disappointed that my issue with THEIR chosen courier is simply not a priority for them. Definitely something to keep in mind for the future when I need decent service from my bank.
