Absolutely Pathetic

I had opened a new account at FNB, I finally got my card on Monday 6 November 2017, because this is a branch received card they need to activate my card. I have tried to log onto FNB banking the same day and it stated my card is not activated I need to wait 48 hours. I decided to call the bank today 8 November for assistance in activating my card. They told me they cannot help me as the branch had to do it when I went to collect my card.

That is the most inconvenient service I have ever received, why the hell was this not done the day I was there, Employees should be s****ed in their job to know this needs to be done. Now it is my problem to go back into the branch to have it activated as this couldnt be done correctly the first time. I thought this was a bank for convenient banking - if this is how it starts I dont even want to know how the rest of the experience is going to be. I have a Premier Cheque card and this is suppose to have many bankers on call for assistance, right now none of them can assist me, so what is the use?

I am highly ****ed off putting it lightly.
