Absolutely no service at FNB
I will not even give them 1 star!!!! Absolutely incompitent "personal bankers. 1) Never get any feedback via e-mail nor by telephone. 2) FNB NOT US decided to transfer our one account as it does not exist anymore "home loan" to a single facility account. 3) Biggest mistake appied on the 6th December 2023 for a re advance of a R100 .000 on the property valued at R3 600 000 it takes this personal banker 3MONTHS to reply that they now need to transfer the account to a home loan!!!! 4) Logged two complaint on FNB's website with absolutely no communication!!!!

Dont ever send your personal info to FNB cause they leak you BANKING DETAILS to other companies next minute you get debited R625. from a company that rendered absolutely no service to you. SPOKE TO THE PERSONAL BANKER REGARDING THE ISSUE this was her response "JUST INGNORE" R635. later!!!!!Ever since your personal details are only with FNB.
