ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE!!!

I've been paying service charges every month for more than 15 years but when I need it I'm not getting any service at all. I'm trying my very best not to lose my mind but I'm losing the battle. It feels like I am dealing with a MAFIA, they just take my money and there's nothing I can do!!?? I truly truly regret ever using this bank. I actually consider selling my property just to get FNB out of my life!!! Stay clear of FNB!!!
