Absolutely insane worst level of service ever

PLEASE READ THIS, ALL FUTURE FNB CUSTOERS!!!!!! It took me 9 phone calls, 7 fax attempts (to incorrect fax number on FNB document, and 43 minutes in a FNB branch, to cancel my Credit Card, with a credit balance, they owe ME money!!! The best is yet to come, message from tele consultant, wait for this: IT TAKES FROM 7 TO 14 DAYS TO CLOSE AN ACCOUNT!!!!! INSANE!!!! Had the very same experience with my Wesbank card, with a credit balance as well.
