Absolutely horrible service while my money is being ******
as I am waiting on the phone for more that 27 min and not being helped, some one is taking money off of my account up to R2750-00 thus far. I have been sent from one department to another while money keeps coming off and no one is capable of helping me.
This is clearly an urgent matter yet nothing is being done to help me.
