Absolutely horrible service provider with *********** idiots

Fnb you absolutely are the most disgusting service provider!!! On 14 nov i had two transactions of R300,000 each that went off on my credit card and i have been struggling to get helped by anyone in FNB!!!! I’ve been sent from pilar to post between having to call credit card department and ***** department and absolutely no one can help me with this!! R600,000 is a massive amount and I am at a point of going to the police now!! Can someone please help me!?
