Absolutely hopeless. I spent an hour on the phone to an agent called MKHABELE to report a ***** on our account. Heard nothing back. I phoned again and there is nothing reported on the system. THIS IS ***** !!!!! It should be addressed immediately. Clearly there is a lack of good management and training.
