Absolutely frustrating customer care service

The call center is very frustrating to deal with, before even completing my sentence they transfer you from agent to agent then ultimately hang up, and I had waited such a long time to get through to someone. The way calls are dropped is unbelievable and I am using an FNB sim and already verified myself.

Wanted to discuss the shocking sudden deductions out of nowhere, can't even get help for that because I can't even get through to them because of the call drops.
