Absolutely disgusting services

Your call centre service is absolutely DISGUSTING!!! There is an unauthorized transaction that took place on my account. I called your call centre and was told I need to verify my details through the app, However I do not have the app and was told to go to the branch. Yet this transaction was done online, I first spoke to someone who transferred me to Vuyo who transferred me to Swazi who transferred me to Sibusiso who said he will transfer me to complaints then he dropped the call, I called back and spoke to Thabisile and said she cannot transfer me to complaints and that I must send an email. What disgusting service is this????? I need that unauthorized transaction to be reversed IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!
