ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE

Absolutely horrible service. I have been trying to get a hold of any branch/agent for the past few days. I finally spoke to an agent and blatently told me that he does not know(how does a qualified worker not know what to do?). Whereby I ask him for contact details of the relevant department to assist me. I phoned this department where I spent 2 hours on hold and still NO feedback. I went to the branch where they told me they cant help me I need to do it on the app or phone in. I told them the app does not work and nobody picks up my calls where they told me that I need to keep trying.... How?
