Absolutely Disgusting Service!!!!!

I have been a loyal account holder of FNB for more that 15 years. I have a home Loan with them which unfortunately fell into arrears due to unemployment, it was back and forth but finally we were able to pay it up to date, I was told over the phone and on email that the judgement will be removed from my name after I pay my last amount due which already included legal fees, and now 6 months later when I am querying as to why the judgement is not removed, I get told that i still owe more legal fees than what I had already paid during my time of arrangement.

I have called and emailed and even the highest of the high cannot reply or answer the phone or even tell me what the bill is for.

I just hope that someone with sense at FNB can contact me in order to resolve this!!! If not, I have a sneaky suspicion that someone messed up and unfortunately, I will not be paying for it.
