ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE

I called to reduce my monthly payments as I paid in a lump sum. I was sent forms. I then got ignored.

I called 3 times after that and the last time was told the other lady sent me the wrong forms but they were actually the correct forms.

I was told it would take 2 to 3 working days. Since the 3rd of May it's now the 19th May and I still have no access on my application.

The full amount was deducted from my account

They don't know what they doing amongst each other.
