ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE!!!

On July 17th I was hijacked. It was a very traumatic experience and something I am working with a psychologist to get passed. All my possessions were ****** and this included my wallet which contained my debit and credit cards. 'My bank' was notified the next day, July 18th and I instructed that all cards should be cancelled with immediate effect! This was done over the phone and confirmed that all was in order. On July 25th I received a number of in-contact smses notifying me that several transactions took place at a number of toll roads. I immediately contacted my bank and they apparently confirmed that a ***** investigation was to be opened and that my card would be "hot-listed" immediately and a investigation will take between 5 and 7 days and then I would be refunded. Since then there is been absolutely nothing done by the bank to assist me and more and more transactions have continued to go off my account wiyh me calling in to report these each time and every single time, having to tell the entire incident to every single person I speak to from one department to another with nothing actually happening to stop these transactions from recurring or fir my refund, it is now close on R1000 being owed to me with addition of a few transactions on my credit card! I find this service appaling and pathetic. I have experienced enough and seem to be going in circles with no end result... yesterday more transactions went off my account and still nothing... I think in total I have contacted the ***** division and every customer service anout 10 to 12 times over the past weeks with absolutely no help!!!! Today I received a call from a new person at the ***** division to advise no notes were put onto the system and the entire process will begin again from today.... I sm at my wits end! FNB PLEASE TELL ME WHAT MORE SHOULD I BE DOING!!!! I AM DISGUSTED AT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE !!!!
