Absolute Waste of Time!!!

I registered a business through CIPC via the FNB website on April 14. After an entire month of waiting for a response or feedback and countless emails which also were just ignored, I decided to call in and find out what was going on with my registration. That’s when I spent an entire 20 minutes on hold only for the consultant to tell me they haven’t received any emails from me. I resent the proof of cover for the 4th time, had to call AGAIN the following day to confirm receipt. I got an sms requesting a deposit of R180 within 48hrs, which I deposited the very next day. Thereafter, I tried registering for online banking (ZOB), got a message that a consultant will contact me to finalise the registration. 4 days later, I AGAIN decided to call in as I did not receive a call or email from FNB. I was on hold for a good 15 minutes, then spoke to an agent by the name Prevashen* who I provided with my query and details. He proceeded to put me on hold and a few minutes later, I realized I was transferred back in the queue. I AGAIN selected online banking;business banking on the IVR, held for ANOTHER 15 minutes before getting through to a consultant named Firdoze who then informed me I had to go to a branch in order for the online baking profile to be activated. My question to her was why I was not informed on Monday instead of being told a consultant will call me back which never happened anyways. Her response was “It’s just how it works, sir” I asked to speak to her manager who also said there’s nothing he can do regarding the Prevashen incident. I proceeded to visit a branch(during my lunchtime) produced my ID and was told my profile is active and I should be able to transact by a consultant with surname Lekalakala. I created a Username and password while in the branch and logged out. Once arriving at my office and trying to log on, I’m given an error message that I’m not “permitted” to perform an action. I called in AGAIN, held for 10 minutes, only to be told “there’s nothing we can do sir, you have to go back to the branch.”. My question is; is this the kind of service that one should expect from FNB?. The kind of incompetence and disrespect one can expect should one decide to remain with this institution?.
